CMP ensures that funds are held in a designated client account and in the event of an agency going bust or misappropriating funds, it offers landlords and tenants a route to compensation. We are also members of the largest and only dedicated national organisation that represents landlords and letting agents throughout Scotland, The Scottish Association of Landlords (SAL).
